Return Policy

In-Store Purchases

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day you received package.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, all tags must also be attached.
  • Must have ORIGINAL receipt.
  • ALL Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE!
  • All Jewelry is FINAL SALE!
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!
  • Game Day you have 14 days to return for store credit only
  • Seasonal items (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Mardi Gras, 4th of July, Valentine’s Day, etc.)  are FINAL SALE! (We have dressing rooms, please try on before purchasing, if not it will be FINAL SALE. No returns.)

Online Purchases

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include any shipping cost.
  • We DO NOT send return labels. You can use any form of return shipping. USPS, UPS, Fedex.etc.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day you received package for regular store items.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, all tags must also be attached.
  • Game Day or Seasonal items
    • You have 7 days from the time the item is delivered to return item.
    • Please include reasoning as to why this item is being returned, fill out return form.
    • Notify Louise Lane via phone, text, social media, or email that you will be returning your item.
    • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.
  • In-Store Pickup
    • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing from the time we received the items.
  • Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited, please make sure that you are not after your 14 day period before sending your items out, we will not be responsible for shipping items back to you if so (you would have to pay to get the items back)

  • Game Day and Seasonal items are FINAL sale. You have the opportunity to try on at all Market shows.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request.
  • We are not able to exchange for different items.
  • If you need a different size in your item, note your size exchange on your invoice and send it back to our 1017 Apollo Road Suite 200, Scott, LA 70583 address. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will send you an egift card with store credit.

Shoe Return Policy

  • Shoes must be UNWORN.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
  • Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above.
